I haven't really been on DA for a while now. Between work and life stuff, I just needed a break. But here I am again, slowly working back into it. 
On the slate for the rest of this year:

- Attarra Statue: Currently being finished by the fine folks at Ownage. This has been a project years in the making, and I couldn't have made this a reality without the talents of Alexandra Douglass and Usman Hayat. I'm hoping to have some pics to share soon, and have the first batch of them on hand by the time NYCC rolls around. 

- New Attarra & Co. Commissions: I've been getting some new art done. Ramping up writing both a short comic script and the design doc for the beat em up game. 

- New Stuff: I've been writing some new stories with some new characters, and I'll be looking for some art to go with them. 

So I'm looking towards the end of this year to stretch my creative muscles, and have some long time projects finally completed, plus spending hours looking at all the great art I've been missing here on DA.

After a month and a half of solid work, from design phase to fabrication, the new Iron Man 3 display for Marvel is complete. We installed early on a Friday morning, and it for like a glove within the display case... Something that did not happen when we installed the Avengers display. I am very pleased with how it turned out, and personally, I am glad it is over. If you live in or around Manhattan, please, go down to Toys'r'us in Times Square and check it out. Also, they have an indoor Ferris wheel, and a life size T-Rex, how cool is that?

Been a long time since Ive updated. Got a new well paying job, in the process of selling my business, and picking up the pieces of a broken project i had almost given up on entirely.

2013 will indeed hold great promise of things to come!

So these last few weeks I've been working with my buddy to complete a job for Marvel. A new diorama display at toys r us in times square to show off the new 3.75" figures and some vehicles. I want to build more like this, so hopefully it is well received and we get to do it again.

2011. It was a good year. Lots of great art from downright amazing artists. A huge step forward in my personal projects. New medication is giving me that little push I need to achieve and be productive. The kids have grown amazing amounts and they are so much more creative than me, which feels good and makes me strive to find my more imaginative self who has been buried for so long under adult problems. Reached out to a lifelong friend and asked for help, which is something I don't do since he is a pro artist with an insane workload. I just want to have something by this time next year complete.


All in all, great year for growth and truly taking steps forward without staggering backward. What more can you ask for.

(Oh, I could ask for me not to break my little toe on Xmas Eve... that was horrible.)
